REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and Refund Policy:

We supply two types of Goods, personalised and un-personalised - your right to cancel differs depending on which type of Goods you order:

Personalised Goods:

Orders for personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification, are not cancellable and we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund after your order is processed.

 

Un-personalised Goods:

You may cancel or return all or part of an order for un-personalised Goods from the date of your order up to 14 days after the date you receive the Goods. A cancellation form is available to make it easier to cancel and return Goods (this can be found here); if you choose to use our cancellation form, it should be included as part of your notification to us that you wish to cancel all or part of your order. You can notify us that you wish to cancel by emailing us at hello@wearehark.co.uk quoting our order reference number and by setting out details of the Goods you wish to return. In cancelling an order (or part of on an order) the Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of the date you notify us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any Goods for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you insure, track and appropriately repackage any Goods that you are returning to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit. All Goods returned to us must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If they are not we reserve the right to deduct an amount for damage and wear and tear up to the value of the Goods.
Refunds due will be made within 14 days of the receipt of your returned Goods. If you return Goods that were ordered by another person any refund due will be made to the person who placed the order. Please note, if you return all or part of your order for a refund or exchange (at your discretion) we will not refund the original shipping costs.
